As per merit of aggregate marks of qualifying exam.
Selection of the female candidates will be on the basis of merit of the marks obtain at the General Nursing and Midwifery examination (1st, 2nd & 3rd year) for the female candidates

LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION of Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Program

[Original & two sets of attested copies as per following sequence]

  1. SSC/Equivalent Examination – Passing Certificate and Mark Sheet
  2. HSC/Equivalent Examination – Passing Certificate and Mark Sheet.
  3. Leaving Certificate from the Institute Last Attended.
  4. GNM / RGNM Certificate, Registration Certificate of Maharashtra Nursing Council & Mark Sheet of each year
  5. Domicile Certificate (for those residing in Maharashtra but studied in other State’s University.)
  6. Nationality Certificate / Valid Indian Passport.
  7. Medical Fitness Certificate
  8. Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
  9. Migration Certificate (if applicable)
  10. Caste Certificate.
  11. Caste Validity Certificate (if applicable)
  12. Non Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable-valid on March 2014 for VJ / NT-1 / Nt-2 /NT -3 / OBC / SBC
  13. Certificate of Change of Name (Govt. Gazette if married from the state Maharashtra or Marriage Certificate)
  14. Character Certificate
  15. Gap Certificate (if applicable)
  16. Experience Certificate ( if applicable)
  17. Passport Size Photograph (3)
  18. To be registered in Maharashtra Nursing Council within due course of time (For those out of Maharashtra State & Fresher)

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  1. Only Citizen of India are eligible for admission (Nationality Certificate compulsory)
  2. If birth date & birth place is mentioned in College Leaving Certificate, that can be considered as domicile proof.
  3. If Nationality is not mentioned anywhere in educational documents of candidates, separate Nationality Certificate is to be submitted or Copy of Passport can be considered.
  4. Students can apply for Minority Scholarship provided by DMER (Govt. Authority) having Domicile certificate of Maharashtra (Christian / Sikh / Buddhist / Jain / Muslim Community)
  5. Students from Govt. Hospitals has to come through proper channel (No Objection Certificate & permission letter from HOD from Hospital Authority & experience letter is to be submitted)
  6. Letters / documents can be provided by College Authority to the students applying for Bank loan.
  7. Original documents are to be submitted after admission (which will be sent to University for enrollment & eligibility)
